Meet Joe

I’m proud to call District 1 my home, where I live with my wonderful wife, Chelsea, a native Oregonian, and our cat Puma. Together, Chelsea and I enjoy long walks through Parkrose, bike rides to Pickles games, reading, gardening, and spending time with friends, fully embracing the lifestyle that Portland offers. I’ve played music my entire life and am an avid writer, often crafting stories on one of the vintage typewriters in my small collection.

I’m passionate about helping restore Portland to the vibrant, unique city that it once was by bringing a fresh perspective and my deep love for the city. I believe the city’s beauty, character, and charm are still here, just hidden under challenges that can be overcome with the right leadership. I’m dedicated to modernizing and improving District 1 while preserving its history and allure.
